About us

We aim to become one of the main exponents of autonomous vehicles in Mexico,

to Inspire young people to get involved in research in areas related to science and technology. In addition, help them learn about opportunities in academic and professional fields.

Since 2017, we've worked to participate annualy in RoboNation's RoboBoat and RoboSub competitions and to develop research projects that culminate in scientific articles based on technologies used in the group to promote science and technology in areas related to autonomous vehicles.

Rómulo Garza Award

The Rómulo Garza award is the main distinction granted by the Tecnológico de Monterrey and Xignux to recognize the effort made and the results of the research carried out by the professors and student researchers of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.

We were awarded the Rómulo Garza award for our focus on researching issues related to autonomous vehicles. This work has been exhibited at different outreach conferences and published in different media.
